The Governor of South Aegean region Mr. George Chatzimarkos, when he inaugurated the new route from Syros airport on the 24th of October 2022, noted that these flights - which will connect Cyclades islands, Crete and Rhodes - will immediately enhance the interconnection of Aegean islands, meeting the transportation needs of local residents while addressing important demands.
