Ithaca island is one of the Ionian islands right next to Kefalonia. A place of authentic natural beauty, the island of Homer’s Odysseus is something special. Ithaca doesn’t have an airport, the nearest one is in Kefalonia, making it an ideal spot for a helicopter flight. It has a local helipad located at Anogi in the northern part of the island. The flight time from Athens is between 70 and 85 minutes.
